- Please contact us at support @ soaringcrafts.com , for a return
authorization number before returning any packages to us. Packages returned
without this RA number cannot be accepted and will be refused.
Due to the fragile nature of these products, all claims for damaged goods must be made within 5 days from the date the order was delivered. Please check the delivery date by using the tracking number provided to you in your shipping confirmation email. Please contact us by email to receive your return authorization number. Claims received after 5 days will not be honored, no exceptions.
For general returns or product exchange, please email us within 15 days from the date the order was delivered. Please check the delivery date by using the tracking number provided to you in your shipping confirmation email. Please contact us by email for all returns or exchanges. Please include the original box along with the invoice/packing slip for any returns or exchanges. All return merchandise must be shipped back and received by us within 30 days from the original purchase date listed on your invoice.
The customer is responsible for shipping back any returns or exchanges and all applicable return shipping fees. Items returned or exchanged must be received in saleable condition. We reserve the right to determine if an item is in saleable condition (i.e new, saleable, undamaged merchandise) To protect you from package loss and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend shipping your return package via UPS or USPS with tracking confirmation. Please retain receipts and tracking information for your records. The customer is responsible for the safe return of their merchandise.
Please use care when opening the boxes. Please repack the products carefully for the return trip to avoid damage during transit. We do not accept any responsibility for the transit of goods being returned to us. We recommend that you package the item securely and ship the product via insured mail as Soaring Crafts will not be responsible for problems with delivery such as lost packages or if damage occurs during shipping. Please send us an email confirming the shipment of a return or exchange once it has been shipped so that we can properly annotate your order. Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival and inspection.
There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns and/or exchanges. Your merchandise cost will be refunded less restocking fee, once the merchandise is received by us in a saleable condition.
We will replace damaged merchandise for the same item once the item has been received by us.
Regrettably, all shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges are at customer expense unless otherwise stated.
In the event we receive returned package for undeliverable mail based on the customer's shipping address or if the package is refused by the customer and returned to us without the return authorization number, the order will be subject to a 30% restocking fee for the returned merchandise. If the package was undeliverable or refused by the customer and returned to us in damaged condition, the order will not be eligible for any return/exchange. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. All shipping charges are non-refundable. No exceptions.
All sales are final on international orders with shipping addresses outside the United States. No returns or exchanges are accepted. Delivery times can vary due to customs hold or inspection at the arriving country.
